In Noord District you get a colourful welcome arriving on the ferry at the IJpromenade. At the new  Maritim Hotel tulips enliven the spot. Further north inwards tulips are on show in the Van der Pekstraat, at the shopping center Buikslotermeerplein and Metro Station Noord. In the western part of Noord you find tulips in the shoppong centres of Banne and Molenwijk and at  Zonneplein and Mercuriusplein.
